WHAT IS TRANSIT+
Say Hello to the new, modern way of travelling fees around the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, and Ottawa. Transit+ is a collaborative project with PRESTO to provide you with the advantages you deserve. For every tap or ride, there's some sort of cumulative reward for your action as a participating member initiating in an environmentally-approved act.
By using the presto as a means to reward riders for using transit, on a more consistent basis, it also helps towards reducing carbon emissions and our footprint by increased ridership through incentivizing the citizens to use the ttc more often that they use other unsustainable means of transport.

How Transit+ Works with Presto
This app is an extension for Presto partnering with Metrolinx. It would reimagine Presto as the engine that drives our community to a greener future. Transit+ is not simply a tool to pay your fares directly from your phone, but also a mechanism that encourages a greener lifestyle using a personalized rewards system, based on user interests and their common commute routes.
How The App Works
As a member of PRESTO, you're able to look at the destinations you've been to, rewards, and you're notified about deals that cater towards you. You can also see your schedules, locations, and the data helps s identify your likes as a customer in order to provide the best deals for you. Check it out for yourself!
